About Me
Gerald Jeffs is the Principal Consultant and Founder of Clarity Execution, an executive advisory practice established in 2024 to guide mid-market to enterprise level organizations through strategic portfolio alignment, PMO maturity, and corporate governance. Bringing over two decades of executive experience, Gerald bridges the gap between high level strategic vision and multi-million-dollar operational execution.
Previously, Gerald served as Head of Global Project Implementation and Senior Director at APL Logistics, directing portfolios of 200+ global programs and strategic initiatives that generated over $400M in enterprise value across North America, Europe, and Asia. His career also includes key leadership managing enterprise technology integrations at XPO Logistics (Menlo Worldwide).
A U.S. Army veteran and active educator, he regularly lectures on project management leadership and strategy for universities and professional institutions. Gerald holds an Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California, advanced certifications from Stanford and George Washington University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM®) from the Project Management Institute.
