Clarity Execution was created by Gerald Jeffs after transitioning from a successful corporate career leading and developing global project management teams and organizations. With decades of experience in leading complex projects with connections in operations, technology, functional teams such as human resources, finance, legal, marketing, etc., a high degree of expertise was developed. While leading strategic projects from acquisitions, consolidation of organizations, building new products, and global organizational strategies, expertise in strategy execution was the outcome. All projects and project teams were part of project portfolios, some strategic, others operational, customer, or functional area specific.

Forty-five minute discussions to full programs in project management, portfolio management, strategy management, and discipline career paths can be delivered. All engagements can be customized to the needs of the educational institute. These are best suited for undergraduate or graduate programs where business management or organizational development are key elements. High-School career development programs may also find value, but the material would be brought down to an appropriate level depending on needs.
Professional Events
Events such as symposiums, workshops, or annual conferences may require guest speakers on a variety of topics. Examples of topics that could be addressed are the application of strategic management at lower organizational levels, how strategic portfolio management is a key element to success in delivering strategy, business planning for a new product or service, and other strategy planning type efforts. These are best suited for mid-level management positions, the people who are responsible for teams and have leadership responsibilities.
Nonprofit Support
Regional and local nonprofits tend to be focused on two key areas; providing services to the communities they serve and raising the funds to do so. Strategic planning and building a roadmap to a sustainable organization that can either grow in services provided or the number of people they serve is not normally a strength. This is where Clarity Execution, LLC can provide in-kind donation support, not just in the strategic planning, but the implementation of their strategic project portfolio.
Contract For-Fee Services
There are times when organizations need expertise in project management, portfolio management, or strategic planning and implementation, but can’t sustainably fund the competencies in-house. This is where Clarity Execution, LLC would operate on short-term agreements to deliver what is needed at the time it’s needed and get the organization to a point they can run-the-business without the additional cost. This is best suited for smaller organizations and teams, not organizations that currently have in-house expertise.
